Regeneratively Grown & Grazed
Little Sprig Farm is a first-generation regenerative dairy goat and vegetable farmstead in Plainview, Texas. We raise Nubian goats and Jersey cows with a focus on pasture-first care, clean handling, and small-batch bottling—because how animals live shows up in the milk.
We manage our goats and cows the way we believe dairy should be raised: on fresh pasture as much as possible, rotated regularly, and cared for daily with attention to comfort, cleanliness, and calm routines. That steady, low-stress approach is a big part of why our milk tastes naturally sweet, clean, and creamy—without needing anything added.
Our Nubian Goats
Nubians are known for milk that’s naturally rich and pleasantly sweet. We keep our herd on a consistent rhythm—good forage, plenty of space, and clean, comfortable living conditions—so the milk stays smooth and fresh. It’s the kind of goat milk people are often surprised by (in the best way).

Our Jersey cows
Jerseys are famous for high-butterfat milk, which is why their milk pours creamier and feels more full-bodied. We prioritize pasture and thoughtful care so you get that classic Jersey richness with a clean, straightforward flavor—fresh from the farm, not processed to taste “standard.”

Fresh from Pasture to Jar
When animals are raised well and milk is handled carefully, you don’t need flavorings, additives, or heavy processing to make it taste good. You get dairy that’s:
Naturally creamy
Smooth and easy to enjoy
Fresh, clean, and minimally handled from farm to pickup
